  1.                    COMMERCIAL USERS LICENSE AGREEMENT

  4.   1. This license applies to the Turbo Pascal source code for the 
  5.      following files and each file listed below requires a separate 
  6.      license:

  14.   2. You must treat this software just like a book - ONLY ONE CPU 
  15.      PER LICENSE can use the software at the same time in the 
  16.      original or modified forms.  However, you are authorized to 
  17.      make archival copies for safekeeping.
  18.  
  19.   3. You may NOT produce executable code programs for profit from 
  20.      direct sales with this software.
  21.  
  22.   4. You may not modify the code and redistribute it to other users 
  23.      without permission of the author.  However, you may distribute 
  24.      the unaltered source code without profit to other users 
  25.      provided they agree with the License Statement.
  26.  
  27.   5. The license applies to the original copy of the code as well 
  28.      as updated versions which are available on CompuServe's 
  29.      Borland Forum.  There is no charge for using the updated 
  30.      versions.  The author is neither obligated to provide updated 
  31.      versions nor notices of error corrections.  The author is not 
  32.      obligated to provide any services of any kind to support the 
  33.      coding.

  35.   6. The user agrees to conscientiously respect the copyright to 
  36.      the author of the code and not to illegally, unethically, or 
  37.      neglectfully exploit the services provided by the author.

  39.   7. This code is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, 
  40.      either expressed or implied, included but not limited to the 
  41.      implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a specific 
  42.      purpose.  The entire risk as to the quality and performance of 
  43.      the coding is with you.  Should the code prove defective, you 
  44.      assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or 
  45.      correction.

  47.   8. In no event will the author be liable to you for any damages, 
  48.      including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental 
  49.      or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability 
  50.      to use this code.

  52.   9. The undersigned acknowledges having read this agreement and 
  53.      the License Statement, understands them, and agrees to be 
  54.      bound by their terms and conditions.  You further agree that 
  55.      they are the complete and exclusive agreement between us.
